Vouchers Permissions
You can control employee access to various voucher features using the following security permissions:
| Permission | Description |
|---|---|
| Vouchers - Allow Missing Packages | This permission controls whether or not one can generate a Voucher from an ASN that does not have all of its packages received. |
| Vouchers - Change Associate | Allow group members to edit the Associate field(s) on vouchers. (By default, the current logged-in user is entered as the Associate.) |
| Vouchers - Change Cost | Allow group members to change Voucher Cost prior to updating the voucher. |
| Vouchers - Change Price | Allow group members to change the Voucher Price prior to updating the voucher. |
| Vouchers - Copy | Allow group members to create a new voucher by copying an existing voucher. |
| Vouchers - Change Store | Allow group members to change the store within the default subsidiary when working with vouchers. The stores available for selection are filtered based on the user's Store Assignments. |
| Vouchers - Change Subsidiary | Allow group members to change the default subsidiary when working with vouchers. |
| Vouchers - Copy | Allow group members to create a new voucher by copying an existing voucher. |
| Vouchers - Create | Allow group members to create a new voucher. |
| Vouchers - Edit Document Date | Allow group members to edit the Created Date on vouchers. |
| Vouchers - Edit Finalized | Allow group members to edit an updated voucher. Editing an updated voucher is limited to fields like comments, vendor acct, terms, acct, payee. |
| Vouchers - Edit Pending | Allow group members to edit/update pending vouchers, while at the same time not being allowed to edit former vouchers. |
| Vouchers - Hold/Unhold | Allow group members to access the Hold/Unhold button to place a voucher on hold or unhold a voucher. |
| Vouchers - Print Held | Allow group members to print a voucher that is on hold. |
| Vouchers - Print Updated | Allow group members to print a voucher that was already updated. |
| Vouchers - Return Voucher | Allow group members to create a return voucher. |
| Vouchers - Reverse Voucher | Allow group members to reverse a voucher. |
