Reverse Slips

Reversing an out slip enables the user to "undo" the effects of an out slip and return the item quantities to inventory. Use Transfer Slip Lookup to find the desired slip. Click the check mark for the slip and then click View. The slip is displayed. Click the Options button. Select Reverse Transfer Slip.

A warning is displayed. Click OK.

 
The original slip is assigned a Type of "Reversed". The new slip is assigned a Type of "Reversal."
You can view the status in Slip Lookup.

 

Required Permission for Reversing Slips
Beginning with Prism 1.14.7, to reverse an out-slip a user belong to a group that is assigned the permission: Transfer Slip - Reverse Slip.
