Undocumented Command Line Parameters

Version 8

  1. Apply authorization date for all workstations (8.60 only):

Rpro8.exe /updaterprodate

(Note: this command needs to be executed on the machine where license server is running.)

  1. Regenerate document:

Regen.exe /

/RA or /RS for regenerate all or regenerate selected.

/s for the source store,

/d for the destination store.

/T for the transaction type IVSMN (Invoice, Voucher, Slip, Memo, Movement Note).

/byyyymmdd for begin date, /eyyyymmdd for end date. For dynamic date, /b or /bt is today; /bt-# (# days ago); /bt+# (# days from now)

/ffilename.ext for a configuration file to get these parameters from

(Example: To regenerate receipts for the last 7 days on 001A to Main, the command is regen.exe /RS /s001A /d0000 /TI /bt-7 /et)

  1. DVS recalc in-transit:

DVS.exe /intrans

  1. DVS rebuild rcvd qty:

DVS.exe /rcvd

  1. Run exchange for a specified period of time:

exchange.exe /e#

# is an integer for the number of minutes

Version 9

  1. EcmProc.exe:

-out:mm/yyyy (process out with optional starting date for history documents on the BTF side only. It blocks documents from older month from going out)

-btf_import_exclusive (import/export data on BTF side faster, except network install, by writing to data file without waiting for file locks. Only use if EcmProc is the one and only process working with the BTF database. Recommend for initialize large data set from v9 to v8 only.)

-btf_force_exclusive (import/export data on BTF side faster, even on network install. Require -btf_import_exclusive to be passed together. Same caution as -btf_import_exclusive applies)
