The Retail Pro Reports Filter is not showing values for UDF or AUX fields

When you configure new values for UDF or AUX fields, the Retail Pro Reports filter screen does not show those values immediately. 

The Retail Pro system updates these values at 6:00am each morning. 

Therefore, if you need to filter report data using these newly configured UDF or AUX values immediately, you will need to Update the Materialized View in the Tech Toolkit.

1. First, select the "Include" radio button (as shown below)

2. Then, select the "Update" button

After this is done, the UDF and AUX values will be available in the report filter:
