Cannot open register - "This record overlaps with an existing record"

Symptom:

When configured to "Require Register Level Z Out", the user forwarded the system date and closed the register. When the system date is changed back to the correct date, the user cannot open a register. The system returns the message "This record overlaps with an existing record".

Solution:

Change the Register Definition by adding or removing one. For example, if user is currently using only workstation as the definition, add drawer to the definition.
