Unified Commerce Returns Returns including fees or shipping – like eCommerce purchases returned in store – are simplified with the new ability to bring fee and shipping amounts to the return when it is linked to the original transaction.

Join-the-Enterprise Going through a growth spurt? You can simplify the addition of new stores to your enterprise by using a Point-of-Authority methodology which leverages existing data flow hierarchies for the new location.

EFT Enhancements

  • European Payments Integration The addition of a cross-European electronic payments integration with B+S Card Service gives both single country and multi-country retailers a robust solution for their payment processing needs.
  • US Payments Link Enhancement The Cayan Genius link has been enhanced to include a unique terminal ID identifier, enabling transaction trace to the point of origin.

Adjustment Memos Now you can increase inventory data accuracy with the new ability to create quantity, price and cost adjustment memos within Retail Pro Prism.
