Announcing: Retail Pro International acquired by Nayax

We are pleased to announce that Retail Pro International, LLC has been acquired by Nayax (NASDAQ: NYAX). You may have seen the announcement online today. This partnership will first and foremost benefit retailers using Retail Pro Prism, as it strengthens and expands our scope of R&D investment and product innovation for our global retail network. Our future together is looking bright!

We are planning for deeper investment into Retail Pro Prism development, enhancing the POS and retail management platform you rely on to build your retail strategy for the quickly evolving retail market.

Effective immediately, the CEO, Mr. Kerry Lemos, is now the General Manager for Retail Pro International. Mr. Lemos will maintain his management responsibilities, the Retail Pro team will continue its existing development and support of Retail Pro products, and your Authorized Retail Pro Business Partner continues to be your direct and local go-to for all your Retail Pro needs.
