How Inter Sport is increasing sales with better data visibility across stores with Retail Pro Prism

We use Retail Pro Prism’s Send Sale capabilities. Send sale lets us make a sale for a product that’s at a different store location. That way, we make sure our customers get what they need each time they visit us, even if it’s from a different Inter Sport location, rather than going to our competitors. Our reports also show we have increased our sales between stores by using the Send Sale capabilities.

With retail sales of EUR 11.9 billion in 2019 and more than 5,500 affiliated stores in 43 countries, Inter Sport is one of the world’s leading sporting goods retailers. In December 2012, Inter Sport acquired the Athletic Streetstyle banner, The Athlete’s Foot, with around 560 stores in 30 countries and retail sales of 0.4 billion in 2019. In total, the INTERSPORT Group has a turnover of EUR 12.3 billion is represented in 57 countries on all five continents.
