Best Practices to Resolve Pop-Ups on Retail Pro Prism Reports

 

Retail Pro Reporting powered by Krunch is the add on reporting solution for Retail Pro Prism. Data and reports from Retail Pro Reporting can be exported to other areas, such as Microsoft Excel.

However, during export, an error can occur where a Pop-up message will not allow you to continue. This will interrupt the process and slow down navigation between reports.

You can resolve this issue with proper browser configuration.

 

To prevent that problem on Chrome, go to Advanced Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Pop-ups and redirects.

 

 

Click the Add button on the Allow section.

 

 

Add the Retail Pro Reports server URL.
