Correct procedure to Un-Install all RP Prism components

There are times when it is necessary to uninstall Retail Pro Prism. This article outlines the step by step instructions on how to completely remove Retail Pro Prism from your computer.

Before you begin...

You should make any necessary backups before beginning the un-installation process.

To Un-Install Retail Pro Prism

1. Open Attachment "Manual Uninstallation Procedures", and complete all steps.
2. Be sure to check if you have a 32-Bit System, or a 64-Bit system. There are separate instructions for each type of system.

To determine if your system is 32-Bit or 64-Bit

1. Click on Windows Start Icon
2. Right click on "Computer"
3. Select "Properties"
4. Under System, see "System Type". This will detail whether your system is 32-Bit and 64-Bit.
