Resolving MSVCR1xx.DLL Errors in Retail Pro Prism
When trying to run the Retail Pro Prism Proxy, the following errors can sometimes arise.
MSVCR100.dll Error
MSVCR100.dll is from the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable package.
If this error appears, it is often because either the x64 or x86 version is missing or damaged. Download and apply them both from Microsoft's website to resolve the error.
MSVCR120.dll Error
MSVCR120.dll is from the Microsoft C++ Redistributable 2013 package.
If this error appears, it is often because either the x64 or x86 version is missing or damaged. Download and apply them both from Microsoft's website.
MSVCR140.dll Error
MSVCR140.dll is from Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015.
If this error appears, it is often because either the x64 or x86 version is missing or damaged. Download and apply the file from Microsoft's website.
If these errors are still present after reapplying the respective C++ files from Microsoft's website, please contact Technical Support for additional information.
