Retail Pro 8.60 "Help" button does not load in any module
Retail Pro 8.60 "Help" button does not load in any module:
Problem:
One Windows7, Vista and 2008 systems pressing the F1 key or the "Help" button along the side menu while in Retail Pro 8.60 does not bring up the context sensitive help.
Solution:
There is a patch from Microsoft that will resolve this issue. Follow the link below to Microsoft's knowledgbase where you will find instructions on where to find and apply this patch.
