Uninstalling and Reinstalling Oracle
Before reinstallation, ensure Oracle is completely uninstalled by following these steps:

2. Verify the Following Windows Configurations Are Set Up Correctly:
- Log in using the Local Administrator account in the operating system.
- Ensure Windows 10 or 11 Pro is installed; Home edition is not supported.
- Clear the
%TEMP%
folder. - Disable Firewall.
- Disable User Account Control (UAC) and restart the system.
- Disable the Antivirus or Windows Defender.
- Disable Smart App Control.
- Disable Reputation-based protection.
- Under Exploit protection, disable the following options:
- Control Flow Guard: Turn Off
- Data Execution Prevention (DEP): Turn Off
- Thoroughly clean the registry, folders, and files to ensure no remnants remain.
- Apply all pending Windows updates.
- Restart the system.
Reinstall Oracle:
Proceed with the reinstallation of Oracle once the above steps are completed.
