Adding Additional Retail Pro Reporting Users for Retail Pro Prism

 

Retail Pro Reporting is the reports add on for Retail Pro Prism. It is necessary to add users once Retail Pro Reporting is purchased, but an error can sometimes occur that does not allow a new user to be added after purchase. This error can be resolved by updating the user count in RP Orders.

Problem

Your order for additional Retail Pro Reporting user(s) has been processed but you cannot add more users and you get the "Maximum license user count reached, cannot add any more users" error.

 

 

Solution

As part of license validation, Retail Pro Reporting license keys can only be activated once. Since the old license key had a X number of user count, update your user count by going through the setup again with the new license key provided in RP Orders. The new license key is usually in green when new users are added to an existing Retail Pro Reporting Customer ID.
