Customer Contact Info

Prism enables you to store as many address, phone and email records as needed for each customer. For example, home and work phone numbers and email, or a summer address. The instructions on this page are for adding, editing or deleting addresses. Follow the same general process to manage phone numbers and email addresses.

Data Types Preferences
In Admin Console > Node Preferences > Data Types, you can customize the selections available for fields like the Address Type, Phone Type, etc.

Add an address

  1. Use Customer Lookup to find and display the customer's record.    
  2. Select the Contact tab.    
  3. Click Edit.
  4. In the Customer address area, touch or click the Plus button.

  5. Enter information for the address in the displayed dialog. Click the OK button at the bottom to save the customer record.

Edit an address

  1. Touch or click the Edit button.     
  2. In the Addresses area, select the address you want to edit and touch or click the Edit Address button.
  3. Make any needed changes in the displayed dialog. 3.    Touch or click the Save button to close the dialog.    
  4. Click the Save button for the customer record.    

Delete an Address

  1. Touch or click the Pencil button.    
  2. In the Addresses area, select the address you want to delete and select Delete Address.  
  3. A confirmation is displayed. Touch or click Yes to delete the address. (To cancel the deletion, touch or click the No button.)    
  4. Touch or click the OK button to save the changes.
