RetailPro 9 cannot connect to Genius device
Problem:
Error RetailPro9 cannot connect to Genius device during EFT transaction
Symptom:
Genius device is ping-able. The Site ID is set correctly and Merchant Key are set correctly in workstation preferences however the Store Name is blank.
Solution:
Put a value into the Store Name field. It must have a value or the device will fail to connect.
