Timeout when uploading a Licensing Request file
If you select to upload a license request file (as opposed to activating via TCP/IP), you may encounter seeing a very large Request license file (in one event, it was 13MB.) If that ever happens, you may get a time out error when attempting to browse to the file in OPS and uploading the file. If you encounter the time-out error you can simply open the license file in Notepad and copy and paste the contents as illustrated below. Followed by clicking on ?Submit?.
You would then be prompted to where you would like to save your response.lic file and then just proceed as normal when you ?Import? the license file and the installation has been activated/updated.
