Node Preferences - Merchandise - PI Sheet

This area has preferences related to physical inventory. To do a physical inventory by zone, you must set the Physical Inventory Type to Zone.

Preference Description
Enable Page Numbers and Item Counts in Pagination Enabling this preference helps prevent out-of-memory errors when creating a PI for an inventory with many items. However, if the user has a relatively small inventory, the preference can be disabled, if desired. By default, this preference is enabled, meaning that when a user starts a new PI, Prism will request only the first 20 or so items. A series of page navigation buttons are displayed so the user can click to view the previous/next page of items, or move to the first/last page of items. If the preference is disabled, Prism will NOT use the pagination feature and will request all the items. This preference only applies to the Item Grid on PI Sheets.
Physical Inventory Type By default, the type is set to Simple, which means one PI sheet per store. Alternatively, you can select Zone to count items on a zone-by-zone basis.
Physical Inventory Send Destination

(introduced in Prism 2.1.1) This preference enables retailers to control where a PI sheet is sent. To configure the preference, navigate to Admin Console > Node Preferences > Merchandise > PI Sheet.
Prompt: (Default) When set to Prompt, when the user clicks the Send PI Sheet button a list of controllers is displayed so the user can select the desired destination controller.
When set to a specific controller, when the user clicks the Send PI Sheet button, the sheet is sent to that destination without the user having to select the location. Note: If preferences are set to the user's own local controller, the Send PI Sheet button will be disabled in the Physical Inventory UI.
