Node Preferences - Merchandise - Pricing - Price Levels

Each Price Level represents a completely separate set of inventory prices that can be modified as needed to suit specific needs. For example, you might have a regular "retail" price level but also have other price levels for groups like employees, VIPs, etc. You can assign a price level to a customer. When the customer is entered on a transaction, the customer's assigned price level will be used. When updating price changes with Price Manager, you select the price level to which the changes will be applied.
