New users cannot be added to an existing Krunch UID

Scenario:

Users are getting "Maximum licensed user count reached, cannot add any more users." While adding a new user to an existing Krunch UID.

Issue:

Clients have requested the RPI finance team to add more users to the same User ID (UID). After completing the order for additional Krunch users, an admin logs in and attempts to add a new user to the same UID but encounters the following error: "Maximum licensed user count reached, cannot add any more users."

Solution:

As part of the license validation process, the Krunch license key can only be activated once. The previous license key had a specific user count associated with it. To update your user count, you need to go through the setup process again using the new license key provided in the operations (OPs). The new license key is typically highlighted in green when new users are added to an existing Krunch Customer ID.

  2. Enter your Admin email address, password, Customer ID (12345-001), and the latest installation key obtained from Ops.
  3. Click on "Get License".
  4. Log in as the administrator. Under the "Users" tab, you will be able to add additional users.
