Employees Columns
Prism enables users to customize grid layouts in many program areas. Among the areas where grids can be customized is Employees. You can specify the columns displayed in the UI and select columns that can be added on the fly by the user when working in that area. Define grid formats in Admin Console > Preferences & Settings > Grid Formats.

| Base Store | NUMBER(5) | The store number of the employee's base store. |
| Base Store Name | STRING(40) | Name of the employee's base store. |
| Email Address | STRING(100) | Email address. |
| First Name | STRING(30) | Employee first name. |
| Last Name | STRING(30) | Employee last name. |
| Login | STRING(20) | Employee login name. |
| Originating SBS Name | STRING(15) | The name of the subsidiary where the employee's record was originally created. |
| Originating Subsidiary | NUMBER(5) | The subsidiary where the employee's record was originally created. |
| Postal Code | STRING(10) | The ZIP or postal code for the employee. |
| Primary Address Line 1 - Primary Address Line 3 | STRING(40) | The main address lines of the employee's address. |
| Primary Phone No. | STRING(30) | Primary phone number for the employee. |
