Inventory Item Details - Misc
The Misc tab in Item Details has different fields including dates (e.g., Last Sold) and dimensions (length, height, width).

| Long Description | The Long Description enables retailers to provide a detailed description up to 2000 characters in length for items. This makes it easier to store and display longer descriptions that provide additional information about the item. Previously, users were limited to the Description 1 through Description 4 fields, which are only 30 characters in length each. |
| SPIF | Salesperson Incentive Fee. An amount that will be recorded as being earned by the Associate for selling the item. SPIF is for informational and reporting purposes only. The SPIF does not affect transaction amounts. |
| Sellable Date | This field enables retailers to prevent items from being sold until a certain date. Not currently implemented in Prism. |
| Created Datetime | The Date/Time the item record was created (saved). |
| Modified Date | The Date/Time the item record was last edited. |
| Last Sold | Date the item was last sold. |
| First Received | Date the item was first received into inventory on a receiving voucher. |
| Last Received | Most recent date the item was received into inventory on a receiving voucher. |
| Special Order | If selected, indicates the item can be listed on a special order. |

| Text 1 to Text 10 | Text fields. Maximum length 255 characters. |

| Length | Item length. Used to record shipping dimensions for an item. The units (e.g., inches, feet, centimeters, meters) the entered number represents are up to the user. Can be displayed to two decimal places (e.g., 37.12) |
| Width | Item width. Used to record shipping dimensions for an item. The units (e.g., inches, feet, centimeters, meters) the entered number represents are up to the user. Can be displayed to two decimal places (e.g., 37.12) |

| Price in Points | This is how many points to redeem this item for Item-based redemption. Points are only used for Item-based redemption (not any other program). Points can be edited |
| Points Earned | This is how many points are earned for this item for Item-based earning. Points are only used for Item-based earning (not any other program). Points can be edited |
| Item Loyalty Info | This is the list of Reward programs which apply to this item. Click the Add button to add a new item reward to the item. Only Item Reward programs may be assigned. An item may be assigned as a reward for multiple programs. Multiple items may be defined for the same reward program. |
