Changing Subsidiary/Store
Users with the required security permission can click the Subsidiary/Store element at the top of the screen to select a different subsidiary and/or store. The list of stores available for selection is filtered to include only stores to which the user has been assigned in Store Assignments.

Missing Workstation Number
If the workstation you are on is not assigned a workstation number (in the workstation record), in Transaction Lookup you won't see any workstation information listed. In other words, it won't be possible to look up transactions by workstation. If you are in Transaction Lookup and are not able to search by workstation or see workstation information, check the workstation record (Node Selection preferences) and assign a number.
